Cancellation and Refund Policy
Swifto Pay, a brand of Kanak Drishti Infotech Pvt Ltd, is a payment orchestration platform that facilitates online payments for merchants. We do not handle shipping or order dispatch. Any queries related to cancellations, refunds, or returns should be directed to the merchant from whom you made the purchase. Please follow the merchant's return, refund, or cancellation policy.
Failed Transactions and Refunds
In cases of a failed transaction where an order is not generated at the time of payment, the customer should receive a refund within 5–7 business days. If the refund is delayed, please contact the merchant directly.
Disputes and Resolution
If a merchant declines to process a refund for undelivered products/servicess, the customer may contact Swifto Pay for assistance. We coordinate with payment gateways to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
Reporting Fraudulent Transactions
To report fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, email us at legal@swiftopay.com with the subject line “Reporting Fraud”. You may also raise a chargeback with your bank.

By using Swifto Pay, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Swifto Pay is not responsible for disputes between merchants and PSP(Payment Service Provider) beyond the payment processing.
